All Souls Day Gathering in SF West Portal

We will gather in the Eurythmy Hall at the SF Waldorf High School at 470 West Portal Avenue. All are welcome*

Please plan to arrive timely to find parking and enter the building before 3 pm, we will close the doors once the event begins. Please note that Daylight Savings Time ends that morning.

It is an annual tradition to gather at this time of the year and honor our connection to the other world, the one we share with the departed souls. In November the veil to this realm is thinnest and many traditions turn to celebrating the connection with the world of those who have crossed the threshold of death. We begin with music and some opening remarks followed by poetry, eurythmy and more music. We conclude with lighting candles and speaking the names of those we know who have crossed and then do a Hallelujah in eurythmy together.

We look forward to many people coming to warm the room on this side of the threshold… the door for the guests from the other side is always open:)

For more information please contact Monika Leitz skyleitz@gmail.com

Donations at the door are appreciated to sustain the work.

*Please note this event is quiet and contemplative in mood and only suitable for children if they can sit silently. Thank you for considering.
