In these classes, I will teach you a series of exercises to support the forces of resilience and immunity. These are especially valuable during this time of the corona virus. My aim is to teach you as carefully as possible, so you may internalize the movements and make them into a personal, daily practice. The program will support you to gain a sense of your own true being, and develop your eurythmy practice with consciousness, imagination, etheric and physical movement (ego, astral, etheric and physical), to cultivate authentic healing forces on all levels.
