The “Staying Connected” Death Cafe is facilitated by Sally Greenberg and Vivianne Sinclaire with Guests

The Emphasis of this month’s Cafe will be to take time to practice the meditations we have learned in previous sessions to cultivate the conditions for connecting with our beloveds. Come prepared to “hold” and share about one individual you know and love who has died to our earthly live.

We’ll  begin our meeting with a “Logic of the Heart” Practice to come to heart coherence and inner peace before we practice connecting with those we love who have died with our “memory bridge” meditation.

All are welcome to join this meeting as part of a Series of Death Cafes as we enter the time of year when the spiritual world draws nearest to us, including those we know who have loved and crossed.

Together, we’ll Research, Practice and Share:

  • How our Love and Living Heart-felt Memories Provide a Threshold Bridge
  • The Nature of Our Connection with Those who have Died
  • Clarity of Connection from a Purified Heart Space
  • What’s Needed to Be in Service to the World in Partnership with those on the Other Side.
  • Threshold Awareness and Practical Meditations to Be in Connection
  • Ongoing Support and Mutual Threshold Practices through the Holy Nights
