Biography of Frank Chester
Frank is an artist, sculptor and geometrician who lives in San Francisco. He has taught
art for more than thirty years in high schools and colleges. Frank has been exploring the
relation between form and spirit. In 2000 he discovered a new geometric form never
seen before. This geometric form demonstrates a remarkable correlation to the formand functioning of the human heart.

Unfortunately, Are Thoresen’s planned tour of Canada, and the West Coast of the US was cancelled, so, we have organized his planned seminars in an online format. We are opening a new series of PRACTICAL Workshops with Are Thoresen, dedicated exclusively to practical exercises.The ability to read in the book of Nature is one of the tasks set by Rudolf Steiner for us 100 years ago during the Christmas Foundation Meeting. These seminars are for those who want to implement this in life.The basics of this group of exercises were described by Rudolf Steiner in his lectures in Helsinki in 1912, GA No. 136, April 3.

Are Thoresen is an anthroposophist, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, he has also studied anthroposophical medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, osteopathy and agriculture. Since 1981 he has run a private holistic practice in Sandefjord, Norway, for the healing of small animals and horses, as well as people.

He’s the author of many books, including Spiritual Translocation: The Behavior of Pathological Entities in Illness and Healing and the Relationship Between Human Beings and Animals; Transforming Demons: The True Story of How a Seeker Resolves his Karma; Demons and Healing: The Reality of the Demonic Threat and the Doppelgänger in the Light of Anthroposophy; The Lucifer Deception: The Yellow Emperor Unveiled; Travels on the Northern Path of Initiation, and more.

Course 1: Awakening to the Supersensible and Elemental World

In this 3½ day course, we will learn and practice methods for awakening to the supersensible and elemental world. Invited are participants of a preparatory course (or equivalent experience) including previous Course 1 participants who want to deepen their understanding and practice. Attendance is required for all units.
