The rise of technology in our time is extraordinary in its power and usefulness. As we witness its social impact and allure we ask profound questions about its meaning and effect on our humanity. Can we find a relationship to technology that is realistic and creative? You are invited to explore these questions at a Greater Bay Area Community Gathering on Sunday, January 14 from 3pm to 5pm at the San Francisco Waldorf High School, 470 W. Portal Ave, San Francisco. Sebastian Heycke will guide us with presentations and conversations. We hope to see you soon as we continue to enliven our Anthroposophic Movement in the Greater Bay Area.

The coordinating group of the Bay Area Branch of the Anthroposophical Society invites members to consider hosting a seasonal gathering in your home between December 26 – January 6. This could be an artistic event (such as poetry reading or music), or leading a discussion about something you have recently studied, or a topic relevant to the season. Such a gathering might serve as the seed around which some geographically close Anthroposophists could find each other and develop community.
